2. Scope of Policy
This Complaints & Warranty Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and applies to all goods purchased through the Seller’s online store.
By completing a purchase, the Buyer agrees to this policy.
3. Warranty Period

Consumers within the EU are entitled to a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt of goods.

For used, incomplete, or discounted goods, the warranty does not cover defects corresponding to their condition at the time of sale.

For business customers (B2B), the warranty period is 12 months, unless stated otherwise.

Consumable materials are covered by a 6-month warranty.
The warranty period is extended by the duration of the complaint process.
4. What the Warranty Covers
The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods:

conform to the agreed description,
-
are fit for their intended purpose,
-
are free from defects at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear,
-
improper installation or use,
-
mechanical damage caused by the Buyer,

modifications or use outside intended motorcycle applications.
5. How to Make a Complaint
To submit a complaint, the Buyer must:

contact the Seller via info@gasandoilshop.com,

provide proof of purchase,
-
describe the defect clearly,
-
deliver the goods clean, complete, and properly packed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
6. Complaint Resolution

Complaints are assessed without undue delay.

For consumers, complaints are resolved within 30 days of submission.

For business customers, within 40 days.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will:

repair the goods, or
-
replace them, or
-
provide a reasonable refund or price reduction.
If the complaint is rejected, the Buyer will be informed of the reason.
7. International Customers (Non-EU)
For customers outside the European Union (including USA and Australia):

warranty rights are governed by this policy and applicable international consumer standards,

local consumer protection laws remain unaffected where mandatory.
8. Final Provisions
Matters not expressly regulated by this policy are governed by:

Czech law,

EU consumer protection legislation,
-
and generally accepted international e-commerce standards.
