Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern contractual relations between the seller and the buyer for purchases made through the online store operated by Matěj Sysel, operating under the brand Gas and Oil Bespoke Motorcycles (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

The buyer may be a consumer or a business entity.

All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, where applicable.

2. Information Before Contract Conclusion

  • Communication costs do not differ from standard internet or phone rates of the buyer’s provider

  • The full purchase price must be paid before the goods are dispatched

  • Product prices are listed including and excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed before order confirmation

  • Personal collection, if offered, is free of charge

3. Purchase Contract

The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order and the Seller confirms it by email.

Before submitting the order, the buyer may review and correct all entered data.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the goods are unavailable or if the price has significantly changed. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

4. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

In accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, the buyer should notify the Seller preferably in writing, stating the order number and contact details.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. The Seller is not obliged to refund the payment before receiving the returned goods.

5. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right to withdraw does not apply, in particular, to:

  • Goods made to order or customized according to the buyer’s requirements

  • Goods that are hygienically sealed and unsealed by the buyer

  • Digital content delivered electronically with the buyer’s prior consent

  • Services already fully provided with the buyer’s consent

6. Defective Performance and Complaints

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that goods are free from defects upon delivery.

The buyer has the right to claim defects that appear within 24 months from receipt of the goods.

Complaints will be handled without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

7. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy & Cookie Notice, available on the Seller’s website.

8. Use of Remote Communication

The buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means when concluding the contract. Any associated costs are borne by the buyer.

9. Complaints and Supervision

Customer complaints may be submitted via email at info@gasandoilshop.com.

Supervisory authorities include the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and the Office for Personal Data Protection.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are valid as of 01 January 2025.

By submitting an order, the buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in the version valid at the time of order placement.
